I think Suki tries to camouflage herself, by lying on the multicoloured stair carpet. It also gives her a good view of who is coming to the door, and an 'escape route if she decides she wants to bolt up under the bed in one of the bedrooms!However most of the time she spends sleeping - wherever she finds comfortable!!

Can't tell if it's yer camera or camera work
but, the cat does seem t'disappear! And I suspect when she trips
someone, she looks up and calls them a jerk.
Then licks her back twice, and even her own lips...
but then goes back t'sleep again.
(nevermind the people pain)
