Kirkmichael has become an unlikely place for people from all over the world to come for a weekend of fantastic guitar music, but this has been happening since 1999!
Great place, great music and a good atmosphere [ and only a little mud!]

Beautiful photo. Looks like a special place for a festival. Enjoy.
Thank you Barbara.
It is a special place, especially when the sun shines, just like most of the rest of Scotland.
It looks so green and verdant, because we do get an awful lot of moisture in this part of the world - most of the time in the form of rain, occasionally as ground level CLOUD!
But it does give the vegetation very lush growth.
Looks like a one horse town wheres the wind farm eh!
JB passing thru as usual VROOM!!!!!!VROOOM!!!!!! VROOM!!!!!!
YeaH guess who I`m travelling to Dunblane with this Friday apparently. We will literally fly, must keep an eye oot fur Stewarts Brain, which is rumoured to be heading a protest against the widening of the M8, its home!
Hi Kindurco!
Hmmmm!...Strikes me that the international security forces will already be cunningly disguised as trees and sheep for 100 miles around the G8 site by now.
Those two heading for Dunblane will no doubt look suspicious to a bunch of paranoid trees and sheep....that should keep them occupied for a while....!
Easy to spot though....the trees and sheep wearing the shades will be the security forces!
See you soon!!
