My Love

For my darling Joseph:

My Love

He fills my soul with magical things

Like butterflies shadows and angels wings

He really makes me want to sing

To everyone about everything

.....

My love for him is growing deeper

Day by day and hour upon hour

I think of him suddenly and start to smile

And people look at me - and wonder!

.....

I've been holding my love close inside

Scared of once again being denied and shoved aside

But he makes me feel safe, and warm, and protected

But most of all I FEEL loved and loving once again.

.....

Love is such an intangeable thing

-the love of a child for a parent, for a sibling

But the love between a man and a woman can be

the joining of two souls which become ONE.
